1. Ethical Sourcing: We only source animals that are permissible under Islamic law, ensuring they are healthy and treated humanely.
2. Proper Slaughtering (Dhabihah): All animals are hand-slaughtered by experienced Muslim butchers, following the Islamic method of quickly severing the jugular veins, carotid artery, and windpipe to minimize pain. The name of Allah is invoked before every slaughter.
3. Blood Drainage: The blood is fully drained from the animal, as consuming blood is prohibited in Islam.
4. Animal Welfare: We prioritize the humane treatment of animals throughout their life, ensuring they are calm and stress-free during slaughter.
5. Separation of Products: Our halal meats are handled and processed in a dedicated environment to avoid any contamination with non-halal items.
